Restrooms & Locker Rooms

What is your position on allowing students to access restrooms, locker rooms, and showers based on gender identity or expression?
I am concerned that allowing students to access restrooms or locker rooms based on identity or expression would violate the privacy of other students. I have heard the concerns of young girls who do not feel safe being in the same locker room with boys. There should be a way to provide accommodations while preserving private, safe bathroom facilities.
