Voter ID

Share your view on the 2026 California ballot proposition that requires voters to show a government-issued photo identification to vote.
The issue is election integrity. The issue is public trust. The issue is whether Americans believe their vote carries equal weight and is protected by clear standards. If we cannot even require verification of citizenship, what standard are we defending? Citizenship matters. Integrity matters. Trust in elections matters.

Budget

Share your views on California's budget shortfalls and mounting debt. Do you favor cutting spending, raising taxes, or a mix of both to achieve fiscal responsibility?
The focus should be on reducing government intervention, promoting fiscal responsibility, and encouraging free-market principles that align with individual liberty, limited government, and the rule of law as outlined in the U.S. Constitution. Raising fees or taxes burdens families and businesses, violating principles of limited government under the 10th Amendment and equal protection under the 14th Amendment. I will prioritize cutting spending to balance budgets and reduce debt, which honors constitutional constraints on government power and promotes economic freedom. California has a spending problem with lack of transparency which promotes fraud, waste and abuse.

Israel

Share your view on America's support for Israel.
Israel has the right to protect their border and their nation. They lead the way for safety against the tyranny and destruction that some countries in the Middle East promote.

Marriage

In 2024, Californians voted to amend the state Constitution to establish marriage as a fundamental right regardless of sex. What is your view on this amendment?
I would abolish. I would argue that writing open-ended "fundamental rights" into the state constitution creates major legal ambiguity. Without strict boundaries specifying that marriage is between two consenting, unrelated adults, it opens a "Pandora's box" for activist lawyers to eventually challenge existing statutory restrictions on polygamy, incest, or age-of-consent laws. A lawmaker's job is to ensure laws are precise, and this amendment is legally reckless. Because same-sex marriage has been the secure law of the land nationwide since the Supreme Court's 2015 Obergefell ruling, I view this law as entirely redundant. This bill was pushed through the legislature primarily as a political stunt—designed to fire up a progressive base and manufacture an existential crisis out of a settled issue.

Abortion

After the Supreme Court returned abortion policymaking to the states, do you believe that is the correct level of government to decide this issue, or should Congress or the Constitution establish a national standard?
I believe abortion is the termination of a human life, and the government has a fundamental duty to protect unborn children starting at conception.

Parental Rights

What is your view of the Supreme Court’s decision supporting a parents’ right to know about their child’s gender issues at school?
I support the decision and believe policies hiding a student’s gender identity or social transition from their families violate parents' constitutional rights to direct the upbringing and education of their children .

Vaccines

What is your view of California's vaccine mandate for public school students?
I am against any vaccine mandates. I hold hope that one of many ongoing litigations restore our freedom of informed choice, for all. Fourteenth Amendment(Right to bodily autonomy and privacy)Courts balance individual liberties against public safety. Following Jacobson, judges routinely find that protecting a community from an outbreak outweighs an individual's absolute right to remain un vaccinated. First Amendment(Free exercise of religion)The Supreme Court has historically held that religious beliefs do not excuse individuals from complying with public health laws (such as Prince v. Massachusetts). However, this area of law faces ongoing litigation as conservative challenges push for broader protections for religious exemptions.
