Establishes a commission on LGBTQ+ issues and will be composed of members appointed by the Governor, Speaker of the Assembly, and the Senate Rules Committee. The commission will gather 4 times a year to discuss how California law can better address LGBTQ+ issues and make policy recommendations to the legislature.
