Includes pornography depicting a person, real or fictional, who is younger than 18 years old that was created by artificial intelligence as obscene matter and punishes the possession and distribution of such matter as a felony. If a person has been convicted of possessing this content on a government-owned computer shall be imprisoned and imposed a fine not more than $2,000. Anyone who possesses the indicated content, can be sentenced to imprisonment or jail time for up to one year, or a fine not exceeding $2,500. Repeat offenders may be imprisoned for 2, 4, or 6 years.
